Please find below our approximate design and consultancy fees for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes for economical budget. Design and consultancy fees would vary for combo and premium budgets. For sites out of Maharashtra Client needs to arrange for a to and fro air-travel (Ticket booking) and accommodation for the Kam's executive as well as principle architects for on-site visit. Client may opt for an option to get the material selection done in Pune, also. Outstation projects within maharashtra will be charged extra as per distance of site for onsite visits of Kams Executive as well as principal architect

2D Furniture Layout

For clients who wish to opt for 2D Furniture Layout only, the charges will be as follows:

• 2 BHK: ₹25,000 + GST
• 3 BHK: ₹35,000 + GST
• 4 BHK: ₹45,000 + GST

The above charges are applicable for the 2D furniture layout only

We offer two payment options for your convenience:

Installment Plan:

• 50% advance payment
• Remaining 50% before we begin the 2D detailing phase

One-Time Payment (Discounted):

• A single upfront payment at a discounted rate
• This is the most preferred option among our clients, as it offers savings and simplifies the process

Kindly note that all advance payments or one-time payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Yes!! At each and every stage contractors present the budget to you before initiating any work. The contractors start work only after the budget is approved by you.

QUALITY : KAMS give you full liberty of buying materials directly from the chosen vendors according your choice and budgets. We assist you during selection process. Assigned KAMS executive accompanies CLIENT only to finalize the selected material. Selection of any material in showrooms is done mostly in one visit and rarely in maximum of two visits.

PRICE : You deal with vendors to negotiate the price and you may also avail any discounts offered by the vendors. KAMS does not accept any payments on behalf of vendors and request you to pay vendors directly.

KAMS' Responsibility:

KAMS will ensure the quality of materials, quality of work, pricing, and timeliness for any vendors or contractors chosen from its recommended list.

Client's Responsibility:

The client is responsible for ensuring the work is done by the builder (including tasks like flooring, toilet dado, kitchen otta and dado, electrical wiring, false ceiling, and painting) and that it is executed accurately as per the drawings.

KAMS' Exclusions:

KAMS is not responsible for any wrong execution, poor finishing, or delays caused by the builder.

Site visits to your project are allotted at the beginning of the project, usually maximum of 4 visits are sufficient for the entire project. You can though request for an additional visit 2 days in advance at a nominal fees.

The specific number of site visits are assigned to each project as per the agreement. You are requested to book the on-site visit at least 2 days prior to the proposed visit date.There after, any additional visits would be charged at INR3000/- per visit within Pune and PCMC city area. Outstation projects are charged on the basis of the site location.Site visits are scheduled only after 3.30pm.The prior appointment is not necessary for the meeting at KAMS office during first half of the day. (10.30am to 1.30pm).CLIENT is requested to visit KAM's studio for any changes in drawing or communicate through WhatsApp or Team Viewer. KAM's do not provide on-site service for this purpose.

We give you a schedule and the tentative project plan at the registration stage. We track the stage wise completion of the project. Project completion time mostly depends on revisions/changes in design-concept and also depends upon adherence of timely payments. Mostly, the delays cause due to changes in designs-concept, selection of materials, and delayed payments to KAMS, vendors or contractors.

• Once your registration is complete, the design phase typically takes about 20 to 45 days.
• Following this, vendor quotation and procurement usually takes an additional week.
• However, if there is a delay in finalizing the designs, the start of onsite work may be pushed beyond a month.
• Execution Duration (Post Finalization of Drawings):
  • Classic Comfort Package: Approximately 2 to 2.5 months
  • Modern Fusion Combo: Approximately 2.5 to 3.5 months
  • Luxury Elegance Package: Approximately 4 to 6 months
Note*: The above timelines do not include civil changes such as flooring tile replacement or toilet dado modifications. Including such changes may increase the overall project duration.

Yes we offer design services for both residential and commercial spaces.

Yes we provide design services for 1BHK flat, or even just one room, big or small, we do it all.

We provide design services only for the entire home.

Yes!! But the time period for completion cannot be committed because the contractors cannot start work for all rooms in parallel in such scenario. Please note that in such scenario, the false ceiling work and painting base coat makes the place absolutely dirty. If you have kids under age of 2 years or a pregnant woman in house, you are recommended not to get the interiors done while staying in the same flat.

Yes, KAMS assigns a specific executive to your project who would be available for any assistance required during the project timeline.

KAMS do have list of preferred contractors and vendors. You can choose a contractor from there for your civil work requirement OR you may want to deploy a vendor of your choice.

• - KAMS allow you to choose contractors of your own choice or from our preferred list, to keep optimum transparency
• - You can avail any and discounts directly by negotiating with them
• - You can control your budget by selecting materials of your choice
• - You don't have to worry of percentage based increasing fees
• - This option keeps you away from any commission based dealings
• - Last and very important is that you pay them directly
• - There were cases where some of our clients saved equal or more than our Payable in Two installments amount by the end of the project

We offer multiple design options and revisions as 2 design options primarily and 3 revisions cycles with the total number of renders amounting to maximum 20 images per room. However, any revisions requested after the design approval and when the detailed drawing is prepared, are chargeable. These revisions will be done only when the designer is available from their ongoing projects for other clients. Additional renders will be chargeable as Rs. 1500 per Vray render.

You are given 2 design options primarily and 3 revisions cycles with the total number of renders amounting to maximum 20 images per room. based on the brainstorming sessions with you and according to your taste. We first understand your taste, expectations and requirement. It may take a few revisions, but we never had a client till date who didn't like the designs. Ultimately, it depends more on how best you express your taste, expectations and requirements to us.

We provide 3 design revision cycles until you are satisfied with the output. Any revisions, requested after the detailed drawing is prepared are chargeable. These revisions will be done only when the designer is available from their ongoing projects for other clients. Additional renders will be chargeable as Rs. 1500 per Vray render.

You are requested to release payments according to respective project phases within 15 days from the date when the proforma invoice is generated. The project folder gets blocked on the system automatically after the due period is over.In case of pending dues, services are resumed right after payment is made.

We don't have equal monthly installments but we give you stage wise payment plan where you still pay in parts upon completion of the respective stages of the project.

You are requested to visit various showrooms and shops (from our preferred vendors or vendors of CLIENT's choice) to finalize vendor for material selection.Assigned KAM's executive accompanies you to finalize the selected material. Selection of any material in showrooms is done mostly in one visit and rarely in maximum of two visits.

We generally don't undertake urgent projects. As we provide customized designs which generally are time-taking, we ensure that the required time and attention is given to every project to justify the design and consulting fees you pay us. Accepting projects on urgent basis will rob us of incorporating creativity and giving clients our best. We deliver within committed timeframe and our projects are prioritized accordingly for smooth execution.

Project completion time depends on revisions/changes in design-conceptand also depends upon adherence of timely payments. Mostly, the timeline may extend due to changes in designs-concept, selection of materials, and delayed payments to vendors or contractors.

Our office timings are 10:00am – 6:00pm from Monday-Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

The contractors (False ceiling contractor, carpenter, painter, electrician, plumber etc.) are requested to call us on our land-line numbers for any queries. KAMS encourages CLIENT to use Whatsapp messaging as a preferred mode of communication in order to maintain all the records and for smooth execution. There are instances where phone calls may remain unattended due to ongoing meetings, and during on-site visits and material selection for other clients.

Usually yes, but there will be situation where calls may remain unanswered due to any meetings and during selection visits with other clients. Better mode of communication would be messages on watsapp group which will be replied as soon as possible by any of us.

You can visit anytime on Monday to Saturday between 10.30am to 1.30pm without prior appointment. It would be good if you could call us on our landline nos. 8087702007, 8552007020, 8552007040, before coming to meet us so that we can plan accordingly and keep ourselves available.

It's important that any change requests are conveyed only on WhatsApp group so that we can keep track of completion and they don't get missed out by any individuals.

The engagement as per this agreement may be terminated by either CLIENT or KAMS at any time with the written notice. In case of such termination, KAMS shall be paid with the Payable in Two installments commensurate with the stages of the work at the time of the said termination.

KAMS reserves full rights to terminate the project at any stage in case of delays in making the payment and also due to any other discrepancies observed against the agreed terms and conditions that holds KAMS back from continuing work on the project.

All the design, drawings, and work executed according to on KAMS designs shall remain the property of KAMS Designer Zone.

• - You reserve full rights to choose the team of vendors and contractors of from your reference or from KAMS preferred list of vendors and contractors, according to the budget or any other applicable criteria.
• - KAMS does not guarantee and is not responsible for the quality of materials, quality of work, pricing and timeliness of any vendors and contractors.
• - KAMS is responsible for explaining drawings to the contractors from KAMS preferred list.
• - You reserve full rights for negotiating rates and for obtaining any discount from vendors and contractors.
• - You are solely responsible for timely payments to the vendors and contractors to avoid any delays.
• - You are requested to payments directly to the respective vendors and contractors. KAMS does not accept any payment on behalf of vendor/contractor to maintain utmost transparency in financial dealings.
• - KAMS is not responsible for any financial dealings between CLIENT and contractors/vendor.
• - CLIENT is solely responsible for getting the work done from the builder (flooring, toilet dado, kitchen otta and dado, electrical wiring, POP and painting) and it's accuracy as per the drawings. KAM's is not responsible for wrong execution, finishing and any delays by the builder.

KAMS is responsible for all the designs performed in accordance with your requirement and explaining the approved designs to all the respective contractors and clarifying any queries.

KAMS has no liability for any part of the work which the liability rests with vendor or contractor or arising from any act by them not being accordance to the KAMS design and drawings.Every working/detailed drawing shall be studied and understood by the CLIENT and contractor and clarifications shall be sought from KAMS executive prior to the execution of the work. KAMS shall not be liable for any modifications that client may wish to carry out after the execution ofthe said work or for mistakes arising due to improper understanding of the design and drawings.The CLIENT/contractor shall bring to KAMS notice, any discrepancies found in the drawings prior to execution of the work.

Kams Designer Zone – Service and Warranty Policy

Service Period:

• First 2 Years: Complete replacement of defective products (where applicable) at no additional cost.
• After 2 Years: Labour and parts costs for out-of-warranty items will be borne by the customer.

Warranty Handling:

• All product warranties are provided by the respective vendors.
• KAMS Designer Zone ensures coordination with vendors for timely and effective service support.

Tentative Warranty Coverage by Product:

Important Note:

Warranty terms are subject to vendor policies and may vary by product. KAMS Designer Zone acts as a facilitator to ensure the customer receives the promised support from the respective vendors.

Non-payment to vendors will void the warranty after project completion, and KAMS will not be responsible for obtaining service during the warranty period.
